ABOUT DAVE PANTOS ESQ., LLC

Hi there. I have been an attorney for 27 years. I have served our community as an attorney and nonprofit professional in a variety of ways. I was Vice Chair of the Metropolitan Community College Board of Governors, Chairperson of the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands, and Executive Director of Legal Aid of Nebraska. Every Tuesday morning I am volunteering in eviction court to defend folks facing homelessness. Also, I serve as Board President of Omaha Permaculture and Board member of the Nebraska Lawyers Trust Account Foundation. I am also co-founder of and Treasurer for the Maya Economic Development Corporation.  I also teach environmental law and intro to sustainability at the University of Nebraska - Omaha.

Personally, I am married to Jill, a nurse at the VA Hospital, and we have a blended family of four children plus rescue pets.
